Properties in Europe

I come from the Czech Republic, where we are developing our own family mountain apartments just 50 meters from the ski slopes, designed for real mountain living. These homes will be ready in September 2026 and are a natural part of my European collection.

After six years of studying and living in Germany, I was drawn further south. I lived in Spain and traveled across Italy for two summers, building strong local connections along the way. I’m especially inspired by Sardinia and southern Italy for their authenticity, as well as Tuscany for its timeless character.

Across Europe, I don’t offer properties from a catalog. Every home is handpicked through personal experience and trusted local partners, based on location, atmosphere, and how it truly feels to live there.
