While I may not have been born in Bali, for the past 8 years, I’ve been returning again and again — living between Bali, Dubai, and Europe — and building deep market knowledge, local partnerships, and a real emotional connection to the island. Moreover, I’ve traveled extensively and deeply experienced (and sometimes lived in) other countries over the past 18 years. If I find something I truly love, you’ll also find it in our selection.

Bali is where Gingerbeli truly began — not just as a place, but as a lifestyle vision. It's where I first discovered the beauty of aligned living, where wellness, nature, investment, and everyday joy can go hand in hand. That’s why Bali remains the heart and main focus of everything we do.

Through Gingerbeli, I help you discover personally selected properties, approved stays, and experiences that I believe in — supported by a small, trusted team. We make it easy, safe, and inspiring to find a home or a soulful place to stay — especially if you’re new to the region or overwhelmed by too many options online.

Everything you find here has either been personally visited by me or tested by someone I fully trust. We don’t list just anything — we only share what we would genuinely recommend to our own friends and family. That’s why you’ll never find fake photos or misleading promises here. What you see is what you get — so you can arrive with peace of mind and just enjoy, whether it’s a long-term investment or a short-term escape.

Gingerbeli actually started with these wellness products first. But over the years, I realized that our true advantage is in properties and stays — the spaces that help people grow and thrive. The products are simply an extension of that lifestyle.

What kind of properties do you offer?
We focus on personally selected properties in Bali (our main area of expertise), the UAE, Europe, and beyond. These include villas, land, investment homes, and potential lifestyle relocation spaces. We work only with owners or developers we trust.

Can I buy the property directly through your website?
No — and that’s intentional. Buying a home or investment in a foreign country is a big decision. Once you express interest, we schedule a personal consultation call, where I or someone from my trusted team walks you through everything you need to know: location insights, legal steps, ownership types, lifestyle fit, and current local updates.

Why should I trust Gingerbeli with this big step?
Because I’ve been through it myself — and I’ve seen both the beauty and the traps of the market. After 8 years of returning to Bali, I’ve built deep local knowledge and long-term relationships. I’ve also been disappointed many times when reality didn’t match the glossy pictures online. Gingerbeli exists so you don’t have to take that risk. We focus on transparency, honesty, and peace of mind.

What makes a stay “approved”?
Every accommodation listed under Gingerbeli is either personally visited by me or someone I trust deeply. We check for comfort, aesthetics, service, location, safety, and most importantly — how it feels to actually stay there. If it doesn't meet our personal standards, it doesn’t make it onto the site.

Can I book stays directly through Gingerbeli?
You are able to send a request, and we’ll reserve it for your best comfort or connect you directly with the host. We also support you with additional services like itineraries, transfers, local guides, or even retreat experiences during your stay.

What kind of experiences do you offer?
We offer hand-picked experiences that align with the Gingerbeli lifestyle: wellness retreats, personal growth trips, nature escapes, women’s experiences, and private stays with curated itineraries. If you're looking for something inspiring and intentional — not just a typical tourist plan — you're in the right place. We provide personalized selection based on your inquiry. Simply tell us your expectations and what you're looking for, and we'll offer you the most suitable options that either I, Jana, or my trusted team have personally experienced. Especially in Bali, I’ve participated in many classes, wellness workshops, ceremonies, tours, and, of course, stays :-)

Can I customize my trip?
Yes, this is what I truly love to do because each one of us is different, and that’s the beauty of creating your special stay! We often design custom itineraries based on your unique interests — whether you’re coming solo, as a couple, with a group of friends, or even with a company team. We also specialize in team-building and coworking retreats in magical locations that help you elevate, spark new ideas, make meaningful connections, and sharpen your mind.

🛍️ 4. THE GINGERBELI E-SHOP – Products That Match the Lifestyle

What kind of products do you sell?
Our shop features a carefully selected range of wellness, beauty, and nutrition products — all tested by me or my team. This is how Gingerbeli originally started: with quality food, skincare, and supplements discovered through my global travels and exhibitions visits, from Asia to Middle East to Europe.

Why include products on a travel and property site?
Because lifestyle and well-being go hand in hand. We believe that feeling good in your space, your body, and your choices is all interconnected. That’s why, alongside properties and experiences, we offer products that support a balanced, conscious way of living — from the inside out. These products are where we originally started, and we have a great advantage in knowing the best quality options from the various locations I’ve explored.

How much does shipping cost?
Within Europe, we offer flat-rate shipping of 4.90 EUR to most countries.
In the Czech Republic, we offer free shipping if you use Zásilkovna and pick up your package at the nearest Zásilkovna location.
In the UAE, we offer a flat shipping rate of 32 AED, which you will pay upon delivery. Check other countries where we deliver. If you're interested in a product that cannot be delivered to your location, simply reach out via email at hello@gingerbeli.com, and we’ll do our best to find a way to get it delivered to you.

How long does delivery take?
Shipping typically takes 4-5 working days. Within the Czech Republic and Slovakia, it takes 1-2 days.

Is Gingerbeli a real estate agency?
No. We are not a traditional real estate agency. Gingerbeli is a lifestyle-driven platform created by me (Jana) and supported by a small team. Our focus is on curated quality, personal trust, and helping you make informed decisions about your stay, home, or experience.

Where are you based?
Our base moves between Bali, the UAE, and Europe, depending on the season and project. That’s how we stay connected to each place and its energy.

Our company is registered in the Czech republic and in the UAE.
